The web platform MOSAIC offers several survival analyses depending on the type of data you have:

If you have survival data under constant exposure concentration,

• If you measured survival only at the end of your experiment, you can use the module Surv-Standard to get a classical LC₅₀ estimate.

• If you measured survival at several time points all along your experiment:

  • you can use the module Surv-Standard to get a classical LC₅₀ estimate.

  • you can use the module GUTS-fit to get a No-Effect-Concentration (NEC) estimate, as well as a TKTD LC₅₀ estimate by choosing either model GUTS-RED-SD or model GUTS-RED-IT.

If you have survival data under time-variable exposure concentration, you can use the module GUTS-fit to get a No-Effect-Concentration (NEC) estimate, as well as a TKTD LC₅₀ estimate by choosing either model GUTS-RED-SD or model GUTS-RED-IT.

In case you want to make simulations with GUTS models for different exposure scenarios, you can use the module GUTS-predict.
